When Mary Kay came into my life, I was a wife and new mother traveling in corporate America 30-40 weeks a year as a motivational speaker. My career was high-paying and exciting, but demanding and stressful. I longed for an opportunity to be a work-from-home mother. I also wanted to use my education as a registered nurse and my motivational career and leadership skills to empower and encourage women from all walks of life. Essentially, I wanted more choices.

I became a Mary Kay consultant in 1988, and grew my Mary Kay business alongside my corporate career for the first year. On a disciplined eight-15 hours a week, I earned a career car and debuted as a Sales Director within my first year. Our amazing Legacy Unit has been in the top 2% of the Mary Kay world for over 27 years. We've been a long-standing Circle of Excellence Unit, our highest distinction being the prestigious Million Dollar Club! Our Legacy consultants and directors are highly regarded for integrity, kindness, and excellence. 

I'm married to Jeff and we have three wonderful sons, Isaac, Paul, and Benjamin, all of whom are deeply grateful for having been raised in a Mary Kay home. Isaac is married to the lovely Katie, and they are the parents of our precious grandson Henry!
